Eligibility :
- BE/ B.Tech / Diploma/ BCA/ MCA/ candidates from 2012 batch .
- Candidates with 6-12 months of experience in Voice based Tech process in International BPO is preferred .
- Selected candidates will be working in Microsoft project .
- Will be troubleshooting customer query on Windows Product .
- Good typing skills ( 25 words per minute)
- Tech Savy with a very strong basic Knowledge of Computer Hardware, Operating systems and Internet usage.
- Excellent communication skills in English Language (Spoken, written and comprehension with no strong MTI)
- Experienced in technical troubleshooting.
- Team Player with a positive attitude with inclination towards Customer satisfaction.
