Description About the job:

à Creating setup like product number,BOM structure in AGILE and BAAN for new products

à Creating part numbers for BOM in agile and Baan

à Creating AVL in agile and Baan System

à Customer documents like product specifications etc and releasing same in CDC

à Work as a change analysts during NPI for new changes

à Release part list to production for new models and after implementation of ECO’s

à Efficiently managing ECO’s for manufacturing sites across the globe

à Use Agile(PLM) System for ECO creation,reviewing, routing,releasing and tracking and distribution

à Study the ECO’s Drawings closely and coordinate with the site process Product Engineering team.

à Work closely with engineering and materials teams to review product updates and modifications

à Respond to business partner(requestor) and customer on queries to engineering change orders

à Ensure timely generations and circulation of reports and dashboards

à Mentor the team and guide them towards effective discharge of functions

à Train new and existing team members on an ongoing basis on relevant tools or topics

à Perform root cause analysis to expedite the resolution of service issues.

à Identify recommend and implement operational efficiencies to drive continuous improvement in the execution of procurement process

à Prepare customized reports for analyzing and incorporating improvements in processes.

Experience in the following domains:

NPI (New Product Introduction)

ECO(Engineering Change Order management)

BOM(Bill of Materials) Management

Price Matrix process

Working knowledge of ERP, preferably BAAN hands of Experience of any PLM software linked to ECO process Experience in manufacturing / BPO Industry preferably in electronics knowledge of MS office and MS outlook. 

Excellent written and oral communication skills Mandatory.

Good analytical skills. 

Coaching and mentoring skills. 

Conflict resolution Reporting and Decision making skills.
