Job Description:

-->100% voice based technical process which involves troubleshooting for broadband related connectivity issues dealing with modems and routers.

--> Configuration of customers equipment to connect to the internet via modem/DSL Router(Dialup /DSL Customers only)

-->  Configuration software to connect Internet application servers.

--> Identify  and correct or advise,. On operational issues in customer computer system
