--> Any science graduate from a reputed university

--> 1-2 years  of solid experience  in semi  client facing technical support role  or any configuration related profiles.

--> Excellent in communication skills, verbals and document skills is must.

--> Basic knowledge in xml/xsl

--> Strong team collaboration skill across mixed clent supplier  and geographically  dispersed virtual teams

--> Knowledge on software project management. Software Development Life Cycle, defect life cycle, and software process metrics

--> Experience in gathering  analyzing business requirements

--> Should be flexible  working in shifts
