Eligibility :
  • BE/ B.Tech / Diploma/ BCA/ MCA/  candidates from 2012 batch .
  • Candidates with 6-12 months of experience in Voice based Tech process in International BPO is preferred .
Job Description :
  • Selected candidates will be working in Microsoft project .
  • Will be troubleshooting customer query on Windows Product .
Skills (Mandatory) :
  • Good typing skills ( 25 words per minute)
  • Tech Savy with a very strong basic Knowledge of Computer Hardware, Operating systems and Internet usage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English Language (Spoken, written and comprehension with no strong MTI)
Skills (Preferred) :
  • Experienced in technical troubleshooting.
  • Team Player with a positive attitude with inclination towards Customer satisfaction.
Salary Range : INR 2 - 3 Lacs P.A
